breakfast terrace pool bar main building faulty room keys missing tiles inconvenient shuttle
the breakfast terrace was a good experience each morning. i also enjoyed the pool and its convenient bar service it was very relaxing. the stately main building and its gardens were a pleasure to explore.
our room keys failed to work on at least four occasions . missing tiles in the bathtub were also noticeable. i found the hourly shuttle to the city somewhat inconvenient for spontaneous trips.

Underwhelming Stay Despite the Décor
price transparency sneaky tactic
The decor and building were lovely. It was relaxing, I suppose.
The minibar lacked transparency regarding charges. I found a small tub of Pringles positioned discreetly among the complimentary items and was charged €4. What five-star hotel needs to resort to such tactics? I heard another family complaining about the same ruse at breakfast. It's just bizarre.

comfortable space fresh ingredients room key hotel shuttle
The room provided a very comfortable space. The room included a spacious layout and it had contemporary decor. I found the on-site dining options quite excellent! The meals were prepared with fresh ingredients, and the presentations were good.
I encountered some issues with the room key. The key failed to work on a few occasions. The location is not within easy walking distance of the city center. It requires reliance on taxis or the hotel shuttle.
